With a drafted MOI for your specific needs - R1 500.00
Registering a new company is simple and inexpensive  - contact us and we will help you with the first steps to starting your business.
When registering a new company you can choose your preferred names or you can choose the registration number as your name.  If you want a specific name the registration can take a little longer.

The Companies Act provides for 2 types of companies, namely:
